This first step in our collaboration helps us understand your project goals and style preferences. During our initial consultations, we discuss your aspirations and inspirations. Design it
The second step realizes your vision. We leverage our property expertise to create a tailored concept that merges beauty and functionality, based on your goals and style. Co-Founder & Principal Designer
Jacob Jarvis is a co-owner of Verdant House, bringing a wealth of experience in property management and interior design to the company. With an exceptional eye for detail and a passion for creating timeless, bespoke spaces, Jacob excels in transforming spaces into charming and inviting homes for his clients and their guests. His approach combines a deep understanding of client needs with a commitment to excellence, ensuring that each space he touches not only meets but exceeds expectations. Above all else Jacob is dedicated to serving as a trusted guide for clients, helping them navigate the complexities of interior design and vacation rental management while fostering an environment where creativity and functionality intersect seamlessly.
Prior to founding Verdant House with his partner Jacob Heroux, Jacob worked for over a decade with some of the biggest names in the information technology industry such as Apple, Inc. Jacob brings his technology acumen to his clients at Verdant House by designing tech forward spaces and services for his clients and their guests.
Jacob holds a degree in Communications & Marketing which he utilizes each day on behalf of his clients to propel their investments forward with expertly crafted messaging.
In his free time Jacob enjoys volunteering as VP of Thomas Square Neighborhood Association, exploring historic savannah architecture, and spending time outdoors with his dog Nero.

Jacob Heroux is a co-owner of Verdant House, where his years of experience in customer service and the hospitality industry shines. With a keen creative eye for detail and a deep understanding of the Savannah market, Jacob excels at transforming short-term vacation rentals into inviting, memorable spaces that captivate guests. His collaborative approach ensures that each property reflects the unique character of its surroundings while providing exceptional service and care to clients. Jacob's commitment to excellence in customer service and fostering lasting relationships is the cornerstone of Verdant House's success.
Prior to founding Verdant House with his partner Jacob Jarvis, Jacob worked for over a decade in communications, marketing, customer service management, and most recently as Communications professional for a Michelin Key rated resort. Working for some of the biggest companies in the world such as Amazon, Inc. Jacob brings a wealth of experience to his role at Verdant House through a deep understanding of excellence in communications, marketing, customer service, and five star hospitality experiences.
Jacob holds an undergraduate degree in Communications & Marketing and a graduate degree in Creative Writing which forms a strong foundation for his role as COO at Verdant House.
In his free time Jacob enjoys, writing poetry, working on his latest novel, and exploring the low country.
